Skier Ekaterina Smirnova won gold in the 10 km freestyle time trial at the Russian Championship, which takes place in Tyumen.
Smirnova showed the result in 26 minutes 9.9 seconds. The second was a 17 year old Alina Pekletsova (+2.1 seconds), third place goes to Elizabeth Pantrina (+11.5).
Olympic champion Natalya Nepryaeva missed the race with a cold.
