Latypov won the mass start at the Russian biathlon championships

Edward Latypov won gold in the mass start at the PARI Russian Biathlon Championships in Khanty-Mansiysk.

The Olympic medalist, who missed twice on four shooting lines, posted a time of 36 minutes 54.2 seconds. The Belarusian finished second Anton Smolsky (3 misses, +15.4 seconds), the third was Nikita Porchnev (3 misses, +23.9). Alexei Vagina (2 misses, +30.2) – fourth.
