Head of Uvat municipal district administration Vyacheslav Elizarov told that Uvat will host one of the stages of the Russian Cup in biathlon next season.
In the 2022/23 season, a village in the Tyumen region hosted the second stage of the Russian Cup in December. Also in Uvat, on April 5 and 6, marathons of 40 km for men and 30 km for women are organized.
– Uvat will be in the calendar year, as far as I know. It will be on the example of this sports season. We are ready to host competitions of such a level,” Elizarov told .
