Russian representative Andrey Nefedov did not enter the short track technical committee of the International Skating Union (ISU).
In the vote of the corresponding section of Congress, he received five votes.
There will be no representatives of Russia in the speed skating technical committee, since the former head of this technical committee, Russian Alexander Kibalko, was elected to the main governing body – the ISU Council .
Previously, the former president of the South Korean Skating Union, son-in-law of Samsung Group chairman Jae El Kim, was elected as the new ISU president.
