The International Skating Union (ISU) has published a calendar of speed skating and short track competitions until 2027 on its official website.
The ISU Council has tentatively selected the hosts for the World and European Championships. In speed skating, tournaments must host:
2024 World Cup in split distances – Calgary (Canada), 2024 World Cup in the classic and sprint all-around – Inzell (Germany), 2024 European Championship – Heerenveen (Netherlands).
2025 Split Distance World Cup – Collalbo (Italy), 2025 European Championship – Heerenveen.
2026 Classic and Sprint All-Around World Cup – Netherlands (city to be determined), 2026 European Championship – Zakopane (Poland).
2027 Split Distance World Cup – Beijing, 2027 European Championship – Heerenveen.
Preliminary schedule of short track competitions:
World Cup 2024 – Rotterdam (Netherlands), European Championship 2024 – Gdansk (Poland).
World Cup 2025 – Beijing (China), Euro 2025 – Dresden (Germany).
World Cup 2026 – Montreal (Canada), Euro 2026 – Netherlands (city to be determined).
2027 World Cup – Seoul (Korea).
Russian athletes remain suspended from participating in competitions under the auspices of the ISU.
