Olympic biathlon champion, and now a deputy in the State Duma Anton Shipulin said people no longer recognized him on the street.
On Sunday, Shipulin held a biathlon master class in Dudinka (Krasnoyarsk Territory) as part of the Nornickel Curling Cup international curling tournament.
Do they recognize you on the street?
– They don’t know anymore. Five years have passed since professional sports. But I’m glad that there are a lot of children here who ask questions on sports topics, take pictures with me, – the correspondent reports Shipulin’s words.
Shipulin ended his athletic career in December 2018.
