President of the Biathlon Federation of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Nugmanov said that the case on the replacement of the RBU charter should be settled within 3-4 months.
Earlier it was learned that the federation charter was adopted at the RRF Reports and Elections Conference, but a different document was sent to the Ministry of Justice. In February this year, a Moscow court registered a lawsuit alleging the illegitimacy of the SBR charter.
We filed a complaint. The charter was mispassed, making changes and additions is purely the purview of a conference, not the President (SBR). The conference adopted a charter and a charter with different content was submitted to the Ministry of Justice.

– This is a violation of the SBR charter. On June 23, the members of the executive committee were elected – Melikhov, Chudov, Bogaliy and Redkin. The charter was not registered and they were already elected to the executive committee. It’s illegal. It takes time to unregister the charter and these 4 executive committee members.

“I don’t know if it is substituted or arbitrary, how it will be qualified. The court must take into account. If the court says that these facts have been substituted, then an administrative or criminal case. While the preliminary investigation is underway, the collection of documents, evidence, we are awaiting the court’s decision.
