President of the Russian Biathlon Union (RBU) Viktor Maygurov said that a biathlon complex could be built in Istra (Moscow region).
The Russian biathlon season begins in Sochi, where the first stage of the Summer Biathlon Commonwealth Cup will take place from September 5 to 12. Russians and Belarusians will take part in the competition.
“Actually, we can talk about the construction of a biathlon complex in the city of Istra, Moscow region, this is a real prospect where it is possible to make an object with a firing range of small caliber”, reports correspondent Maygurov’s words.
