Police are considering the appeal of coach Alexander Kardakov for inflicting physical injuries on him by skater Yulia Epifanova, Sverdlovsk Region Skating Federation President Boris Terentyev told .
Earlier, a 20-year-old speed skater from Yekaterinburg, Epifanova, said she was beaten by her former coach, Kardakov, 68, at the Ural Lightning Ice Palace in Chelyabinsk, where the athlete arrived at the camp training. The cause of the dispute were skates worth 150,000 rubles, which, according to the coach, the athlete should have returned two years ago after switching to another specialist.
