— Are you able to make friends with people outside the world of biathlon?

— Of course, I have more friends in biathlon. I have a friend who did biathlon and now she has a family. Even though we live in different cities, we try to write to each other as often as possible, and whenever possible, when I come to Omsk, I always try to see her. It turns out that I communicate with those who ran a long time ago.

— So, everyone is still a biathlete?

– Yes. The people around you who don’t come from biathlon backgrounds are the people you just met on the plane, in a cafe, on the train.
