The competition will take place on November 18 and 19 in Khanty-Mansiysk. It is planned that Russian and Belarusian biathletes will take part in the races. For victory, athletes will receive 1 million rubles. Previously, Chinese biathletes had also confirmed their participation.

The founders of the International Club Biathlon League were the regional biathlon club of the Moscow region and the Belarusian biathlon club. Since the clubs are not members of the IBU and the Russian Biathlon Union, the activities of the league do not fall under their jurisdiction.
