My personal coach runs the junior team and more than half of the kids have problems with technique and shooting practice. Coaches spend a lot of time developing an athlete, I have experienced this myself. We see how 20-year-old foreigners shoot at the Olympics, but we have nowhere to find such athletes while we have difficulties with children’s training, ”Pashchenko told .
