Norway and France rounded out the top three
Team Sweden won single mixed relay at the first stage Biathlon World Cup 2023/24 in Östersund, Sweden.
The hosts of the competition were Sebastian Samuelsson and Hannah Oeberg. The Swedes completed the course without penalty loops and used 8 additional rounds. The top three winners included the teams of Norway and France.
Ukraine, for which they spoke Artem Tishchenko And Anastasia Merkushina, took tenth place. The Ukrainians completed the course without penalty laps, but used 7 additional rounds, and lost 1 minute 21.3 seconds to Sweden.
The competition in Östersund will continue with the classic mixed relay. The race starts at 15:50.
