On Ukrainian Biathlon Championship 2023 sprint races took place.
Women’s race won Lyubov Kipyachenkova. The athlete made three mistakes at the shooting range and was 12 seconds ahead Alexander Merkushin. Won the bronze award Elena Gorodnaya with a lag of more than one minute.
The winner of the men’s sprint was Stepan Kinash. The 21-year-old biathlete made three mistakes and ended up 13 seconds ahead Alexandra Ponomarenko. Anton Dudchenko with a lag of 27 seconds he became third.
