Norwegians Sturla Lægreid and Endre Strømsheim are on the podium
German biathlete Benedict Doll won the sprint at home fourth stage World Cup 2023/24 V Oberhof.
Doll had one penalty in the standing range. At the finish line, the German beat Sturla Lægreid from Norway in less than two seconds. Another Norwegian, Endre Strömsheim, took third place.
The best among Ukrainians was Vitaly Mandzynwhich showed the 31st result. Dmitry Pidruchny took 34th place, then ranked Anton Dudchenko (41st place), Artem Prima (51) and Artem Tishchenko (65).
The women’s sprint will also take place on Friday at the Oberhof stage. Ukraine will be represented in it by Irina Petrenko, Yulia Jima, Anastasia Merkushina, Kristina Dmitrenko and Lyubov Kipyachenkova. The race starts at 15:25 Kyiv time.
