“You can’t relax.” Smolsky – about victory in the pursuit race at the Commonwealth Cup stage

Belarusian biathlete Anton Smolski shared his impressions of his victory in the 12.5-kilometer pursuit race at the third stage of the Alfa-Bank Commonwealth Cup in Raubichi, noting that one cannot relax.

Smolsky covered the distance in 34 minutes 15.6 seconds, making three errors. The second was the Russian Alexander Povarnitsyn (+20.1 seconds; 0 misses), third – another Russian biathlete Alexander Kornev (+34.5; 3).

– Very cool atmosphere. Winning at home is three times more enjoyable. Excellent conditions, everything is cool. I am very happy that I managed to defeat Latypov. What did Dinara say? Congratulations. Tomorrow there will be a new race, we cannot relax,” Smolsky said on .

On Friday, Smolsky won the sprint.
