Norwegian biathletes took the first five places
Norwegian biathlete Endre Strömsheim became the winner of the pursuit race in the fourth stage World Cup 2023/24 in German Oberhof.
Endre took third place in the sprint, which took place on Friday. The Norwegian completed three shooting ranges without errors and was sent to two penalty loops after the decisive shooting. The reserve of time and strength was enough to retain first place in the fight with Sturla Holm Lægreid.
Note that the first five places were taken by the Norwegians. Johannes Dahle was third, Tarjei Boe was fourth, and Johannes Boe was fifth.
The best among Ukrainians was Dmitry Pidruchny, which ranked 31st. Artem Dudchenko finished 33rd, followed by Vitaly Mandzyn (39th place) and Artem Prima (50th).
The women’s pursuit race will also take place in Oberhof on Saturday. Starts at 15:40.
