“This is just a personal opinion, and we should not react to every word of foreign athletes. But yes, it is a voice within the ski peloton. The subject is discussed, it is not set in stone. It’s good that there are sensible thoughts and people are starting to express them,” Borodavko told .
By decision of the FIS, Russian and Belarusian athletes have been suspended from international competitions since March 2022 due to the situation in Ukraine.
