American skier Diggins won the Tour de Ski for the second time in her career.

American Olympic cross-country champion Jessica Diggins became the overall winner of the multi-day Tour de Ski race, which took place in Italy and Switzerland.

On Sunday the last race of the stage race took place – the mass start in Val di Fiemme. The victory was won by American Sofia Laukli – 38 minutes 16.5 seconds. Norwegian Heidi Weng finished second (17.1 seconds), followed by Frenchwoman Delphine Claudel (+37.7).

Diggins, who finished sixth, won the Tour de Ski with a total time of 4 hours, 13 minutes and 19 seconds. The second place in the general ranking was occupied by Weng (+31.6), the third by the Finn Kerttu Niskanen (+39.7).

For the 32-year-old American, this is the second victory in a stage race; she won for the first time in 2021.
