President of the Russian Biathlon Union (RBR) Viktor Maygurov said that the preparation of the facility in Zlatoust, where the strongest biathlon Spartakiad will take place, is proceeding as planned.
The Spartakiad of the Strongest will take place in February, biathlon competitions will be held in Zlatoust (Chelyabinsk region).
— Are the conditions in Zlatoust already completely ready to welcome the participants of the Spartakiad?
— From January 10 to 15, test competitions will be organized there, after which we will be able to give an evaluation.
– Do you know anything now?
— Preparations are going as planned. We regularly organize zooms with the government of the Chelyabinsk region, the organizing committee and the Ministry of Sports. There is no fear that something has not been done,” reports a correspondent, reporting Maygurov’s remarks.
