The winner of the races at the Alfa-Bank Russian Cup stage will receive prize money in the amount of 70,000 rubles, said Alexander Pak, executive director of the Russian Biathlon Union (RBU).
Russian and Belarusian biathletes have not participated in international tournaments since February 2022. Over the past two seasons, they have participated in the Russian Cup and Commonwealth Cup stages. The Belarusians participate in the Russian Cup outside the ranking.
“At the Russian Cup, the winner receives 70,000 (rubles),” reports a correspondent, according to Pak.
The fourth stage of the Alfa-Bank Russian Cup in Izhevsk will take place from January 18 to 21. Watch live broadcasts of individual races on Thursday on the channel, as well as on the matchtv.ru and sportbox.ru websites.
