Norwegian Ida Lien became champion
Ukrainian biathlete Kristina Dmitrenko won bronze medal in the sprint European Biathlon Championships 2024.
Kristina passed both shooting ranges without misses and ended up losing 35 seconds to the winner Ida Lien from Norway. Second place was taken by another Norwegian, Maren Kirkade.
Among the Ukrainians, Irina Petrenko also showed clean shooting and finished 12th. Anna Krivonos took 25th place, followed by Elena Gorodnaya (31), Anastasia Merkushina (32), Lyubov Kipyachenkova (36) and Alexandra Merkushina (39).
Let us remind you that in the men’s sprint the best among Ukrainians was Vitaliy Mandzyn, who took 12th place. Antonin Hugonnat from France became the European champion.
