Ekaterina Kosheleva won the Russian speed skating championship in the classic all-around competition, which takes place in Kemerovo.
On the second day of the competition, Kosheleva won at a distance of 1,500 m (2 minutes 1.18 seconds), and at 5,000 m she became third (7: 40.39). Thus, Kosheleva won the classic all-around competition over the sum of four distances with a rink record of 169.680 points.
Alexandra Sayutina finished second (170.247) with the second result in the 1500 m (2:01.39) and fifth in the 5000 m (7:45.59).
Anastasia Grigorieva took third place (171.660) with the third result in the 1500 m (2:04.04) and the second in the 5000 m (7:35.63).
Ruslan Zakharov won the men’s classic all-around. He won the 1,500m in 1:50.97, second was Pavel Taran (1:52.74), third was German Grachev (1:53.42).
In 10 km, Zakharov also showed the best result in all organized races – 13:41.08, the second was Daniil Naidenyshev (14:01.09), the third was Pavel Taran (14:20.45).
Zakharov’s final result is 155.768 points. The second in the classic all-around was Taran (159.193), the third – Naidenyshev (159.572).
