Olympic biathlon champion Svetlana Sleptsova told that after finishing her career, she had no desire to train.
Sleptsova retired after the 2017 Summer World Championships, where she won three gold medals. On Sunday, the 37-year-old athlete took part in the Race of Stars in Moscow.
— The format of such a show is very cool, because you have an additional reason to meet and race with all your colleagues and friends. Now I finally have a reason to train (laughs). Of course, I didn’t succeed at all, but the audience enjoyed it, so I’m sure it should be done more often.
— Do you do little exercise?
— I barely train. Honestly, I don’t want to ride. I also live in Khanty-Mansiysk, and here’s a reason! I enjoyed it, even though it was difficult for me. It was great! – Sleptsova told .
