Coaches male And Ukrainian women’s biathlon team decided on applications for World Cup 2024which will take place in February in the Czech Nove Mesto.
Mentor of the women’s team Nikolay Zots named six participants. As expected, it included Yulia Dzhima, who missed the just completed European Championship in order to focus on preparing for the World Cup. Of the Euro 2024 participants, there was no place in the application for Alexandra Merkushina and Elena Gorodnaya.
Head coach of the men’s team Juraj Sanitra included Denis Nasyko, who, like Jim, did not participate in the continental championship. At the same time, the application is incomplete – there is one vacant place in it, which the coaching staff will decide on after the IBU Cup stage, which will be held in early February.

Let us note that Vitaly Mandzyn will purposefully prepare for the European Junior Championships, which will take place from February 7 to 11. If Sanitra makes his final choice, then Vitaly will join the main team for the second part of the World Cup.
The 2024 World Cup will take place in Nove Mesto, Czech Republic, from February 7 to 18.
