“It’s always scary to watch your children from the outside. Today I’m doubly excited. Firstly, Nika is a girl and secondly, this is biathlon – a very difficult sport. You get up, look, and you yourself want to take this weapon and direct its fire directly at the target. Of course, it’s very emotional.
— Where does such a love for skiing and biathlon come from? Why did you decide to send your children to play this sport?
“We don’t decide for our children where to send them. They decide for themselves, thank goodness. We tried different sports. If they have fun skiing, that’s great. It’s a shame that we can’t do this so often in Moscow. But now that the weather permits, we ride all winter,” Zhukov told .
