Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation Oleg Matytsin visited the Ural Lightning Ice Palace as part of the Spartakiad of the Strongest in Chelyabinsk and took part in the award ceremony for athletes.
On Friday, the first two series of Spartakiades short track awards took place on the ice of the Ural Lightning. Ekaterina Aldoshkina and Vladimir Balbekov won at a distance of 1,500 m.
