Sturla Lægreid won the men’s sprint at the 2024 World Cup, Pidruchny took 21st place

Top 3 was taken by representatives of Norway

In Czech Nove Mesto passed sprint race at men within 2024 Biathlon World Championships.

The Norwegian Sturla Holm Lægreid became the world champion. Also on the podium were Johannes Boe, who was only 3.5 seconds behind Lægreid, and Vetle-Sjåstad Christiansen.

The best result of Ukraine is 21st place of Dmitry Pidruchny. Anton Dudchenko became 39th, Artem Prima finished the race in 60th, and Taras Lesyuk finished in 67th position.

In Nove Mesto, the next starts are scheduled for February 11: on this day the women’s (10 km) and men’s (12.5 km) pursuit races will take place.
