Norwegian biathlete Sturla Holm Lagreid won the men’s 10 kilometer sprint at the World Championships in Nove Mesto (Czech Republic).
The athlete made no mistakes at the shooting range and covered the distance in 25 minutes 23.9 seconds. Second and third places were occupied by his compatriots Johannes Boe (+3.5; 1 miss) and Vetle-Sjatsad Christiansen (+18.6; 1 miss).
On Sunday, February 11, the pursuit races at the World Championships will take place in the Czech Republic. Women’s starts at 4:30 p.m. (Moscow time), men – at 7:05 p.m. (Moscow time). Russian biathletes do not participate in competitions due to the situation in Ukraine.
