Vittozzi won the sprint at the World Cup in Canmore, Jima took 22nd place

Petrenko finished 33rd, Dmitrenko and Merkushina were in the top 50

Final stage Biathlon World Cup 2023/24 started in Canmore, Canada, in the women’s sprint race. The winner was an Italian Lisa Vittozzi.

The Frenchwoman Lou Jeanmonneau and the Swiss Lena Hecchi-Gross also took places on the podium. Both of them, like the sprint winner, did not make a single mistake during the distance.

The best of Ukrainians, Julia Jimaalso completed the distance without marks and showed 22nd result, losing one minute and 12 seconds to Vittozzi.

Also managed to get into the end zone Irina Petrenko (33rd place). Finished in the fifth ten Kristina Dmitrenko (she was less than a second away from the top 40) and Anastasia Merkushina. Anna Krivonos did not start.
