The Arkhangelsk region cross-country skiing team won gold medals in the men’s relay (4 x 7.5 km) at the Alfa-Bank Russian Championship in Malinovka.
The team included Alexander Terentyev, Alexey Chervotkin, Savely Korostelev and three-time Olympic champion Alexander Bolshunov. They covered the distance in 1 hour 11 minutes 22.7 seconds.
The second was the team from the Tyumen region (Andrey Parfenov, Evgeniy Belov, Denis Spitsov, Ivan Yakimushkin; +13.3 seconds). The third place was taken by representatives of the first team of Tatarstan (Andrey Larkov, Sergey Ardashev, Anton Timashov, Ivan Gorbunov; +30.9).
