Biathlete Victoria Slivko will receive a duplicate of the Anfisa Reztsova Cup after the athlete presents the trophy Kristina Reztsová at the award ceremony for the winners of the Alfa-Bank sprint of the Russian Championship in Tyumen, said Sergei Averyanov, head of the press service of the Russian Biathlon Union (RBU).
Slivko won the 7.5km sprint on Monday, becoming the first Cup winner named after three-time Olympic champion Anfisa Reztsova among women. At the award ceremony, Slivko presented the trophy to her daughter Reztsova Kristina, who finished second.
“Vika will definitely receive a duplicate of the Anfisa Reztsova Cup 2023/24,” Averianov wrote on the Telegram channel.
