Biathletes Latypov and Batmanova won the 100 meter prologue of the Russian Cup

Edward Latypov became the winner of the prologue in the 100 meter format at the Alfa-Bank Russian Biathlon Cup in Tyumen.

In the final, Latypov, representing the Chuck-Chuck Norris team, covered the distance in 12.51 seconds. Second place went to Viktor Plitsev (“One Right”), 0.01 seconds behind the Olympic medalist. The third was Denis Irodov (“One Right”).

She won the women’s part of the competition Anastasia Batmanova of the Chuck-Chuck Norris team with a result of 13.38 seconds. Second place went to Irina Kazakevich (“One Right”), losing in the final by 0.82 seconds. Third place went to Kristina Reztsova (“The Kings of the Quiet Hour”).

Prologue – competitions that precede the main program of the Alfa-Bank Commonwealth Cup, Championship and Cup of Russia. Biathletes representing four teams compete. At each individual stage, the winners of the competition receive 50, 40 and 30 thousand rubles and credit points, respectively.
