Russian biathlete Usov won the sprint at the Commonwealth Cup stage in Murmansk, Latypov finished third

Russian Daniel Usov became the winner of the sprint race at the final stage of the Alfa-Bank Commonwealth Biathlon Cup in Murmansk.

Usov covered the 10 km in 25 minutes 38.6 seconds and made no mistakes. Took second place Alexander Povarnitsyn (+4.2; 1 miss), completes the top three Edward Latypov (+5.6; 2 misses).

During the final lap, multiple Olympic medalist Latypov gained more than 20 seconds on the leader. He also becomes winner of the tournament’s small ranking.

The best among the representatives of Belarus in the race was Anton Smolsky, who took seventh place (+30.5 seconds; 1 miss).
