Usov was preparing for the 2023/24 season in the Perm Territory team under the leadership of Innokenty Karintsev. “Of course, he is upset, but the fact is that he cannot do anything. If the region does not need it, what can it do? And even as a human being, I do not want to betray him; for his part, he invests a lot in us. And apparently, the region is not particularly interested in biathlon,” Usov told .
