Russian short track runners Denis Hayrapetian And Daniel Eybog intends to play for the Uzbekistan national team.
This was announced at a meeting of the executive committee of the Russian Skating Union, which was held in Moscow. The Executive Committee approved a two-year quarantine, reports the correspondent.
European Championship medalist Hayrapetyan and European champion Eybog are participating in the Olympic Games.
Quarantine begins from the date the Skating Union receives a complete package of approval documents from regional federations and organizations with which their labor relations have ended.
