French biathletes won the relay at the Kontiolahti World Cup

The French team won the men’s relay during the first stage of the Biathlon World Cup, which takes place in Kontiolahti, Finland.

Team composed of Fabien-Claude , Quentin Fillon-Mahiet , Erica Perrault And Émilie Jacquelin finished with a time of 1 hour 18 minutes 24.4 seconds, using two additional cartridges.

Second place went to the Norwegian team, represented by Sturla Lægreid, Tarjei Boe, Endre Strömshuis and Johannes Boe (+25.8 seconds; 3 additional laps).

The Swedish team of Victor Brandt, Jesper Nelin, Martin Ponsiluoma and Sebastian Samuelsson won bronze (+1.37.8; 10 extra laps).

The Kontiolahti stage will end on December 8.
