Daria Blashko also made it to the top 10
Ruhpolding hosted the Women’s Super Sprint at the 2022 Summer World Championships.
The best of Ukrainians became Anastasia Merkushina, which finished in fifth position and did not make a single miss. 7th place with one miss Daria Blashko. Valentina Semerenko made two misses and finished in 16th place. The worst result among Ukrainians was shown by Yuliya Dzhima, who made 4 misses and took 26th place.
Italian biathlete Dorothea Wierer won the women’s super sprint. Her compatriot Lisa Vittozzi finished second, Finnish Anastasia Kinnunen was third.
Earlier, the final in the men’s super sprint took place, in which the Ukrainian Pidruchny finished tenth.
The Summer World Championships in Ruhpolding will be held from 25 to 28 August.
