russian biathlete Irina Kazakevich took first place in the mass start at the PARI stage of the Commonwealth Cup in Sochi.
The athlete completed the 12.5 km distance with four shooting lines in 34 minutes 8.2 seconds, with two misses. The second has become Anastasia Batmanova closed the first three Tamara Derboucheva .
Kazakevich is the Beijing Olympics silver medalist in the women’s relay.
The second stage of the Commonwealth Cup will take place in Raubichi (Belarus) from September 15 to 18.
