Ukrainian junior Mandzyn won bronze in the pursuit race at the Summer Biathlon World Championships

Vitaly brought Ukraine the first medal in Ruhpolding

Ukrainian Vitaly Mandzyn won bronze in the junior men’s pursuit 2022 Summer Biathlon World Championships in Ruhpolding, Germany.

Mandzyn started in eighth position, 38 seconds back, and finished third with one penalty. As a result, the Ukrainian was 53.1 seconds behind the race winner Czech Tomas Mikiska.

Mandzyn brought Ukraine the first medal at the 2022 Summer Biathlon World Cup.

The World Championship in Ruhpolding ends today, August 28th.
