Nikolai Gulyaev, president of the Russian Skating Union, believes that very good figures can be expected from the leaders of the national team at the Russian speed skating championship.
Gulyaev became a member of the strategic panel “Transformation of the media landscape. The future of sports media” within the framework of the forum “Russia is a sporting power”. The discussion was moderated by Deputy General Producer of Vasily Konov. The Russian Championship will be held at the Kuzbass Ice Palace, where the forum is held.
– Certainly, you can expect good numbers in the Russian Championship. Recently visited all our national teams, all leaders are in very good shape. We are entitled to expect good results here. But, more importantly, maintaining a normal mood for athletes. Because it is important for guys not only to achieve a momentary result, but also to aim for big goals. I hope we will be back in the world sports family very soon and our guys can show decent results immediately,” Gulyaev said as part of the panel.
