Biathlete Karim Khalili representing Moscow, took first place in the individual race at the Russian Summer Championship in Tchaikovsky (Perm Territory).
Khalili had three misses across four ranges, posting a time of 51 minutes 42.5 seconds. Athletes from the Tyumen region are on the second and third lines Yevgeny Garanichev and Alexander Povarnitsyn respectively.
The tournament runs from September 24-27. Earlier, at the Russian Championships, Khalili won gold in the relay as part of the Central Federal District.
