Arsenal defeated Manchester City in the Community Shield in Cardiff on Sunday afternoon.
Enzo Maresca managed Manchester City from the touchline following the departure of Pep Guardiola. Arsenal swept City aside during the fixture.

In addition to the defeat, Manchester City midfielder Rodri is leaving the club to join Barcelona. Rodri was the best player at the World Cup.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta spoke at a post-match press conference following the victory. Arsenal won their first league title for 22 years last season, and the players appeared to have shed a mental block and rediscovered their confidence to express themselves.

Guardiola leaves City
Guardiola managed Manchester City for a decade, leading the club to four consecutive top-flight league titles. The achievement was unprecedented in the English game.
Abu Dhabi bought Manchester City in 2008. In 2012, the club won their first top-flight title for 44 years. That same year, they recruited Ferran Soriano as chief executive and Txiki Begiristain as director of football.
Guardiola, who previously built the best club side in history at Barcelona, took over at Manchester City in the summer of 2016. Everything at the club was built around him, and players were bought for him.

Maresca now faces the infernally difficult job of managing the club at the Etihad stadium. During Sunday's game, Manchester City appeared to have lost the fear factor and aura they possessed under Guardiola.
Martin Odegaard featured for Arsenal in the Community Shield. Odegaard had a superb World Cup and looked rejuvenated against Manchester City.
Jurgen Klopp at Azteca
Former Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp was working for German television at the World Cup. He was seen leaving the media centre at the Azteca stadium in Mexico City after the opening game of the tournament.
When told that English football missed him, Klopp said: "You don't know what you've got till it's gone."
Klopp was known as a charismatic and animated manager during his time in charge at Anfield. His personality dominated the club and influenced the style of play.
