Russian Mixed Martial Artist (MMA) Alexander Shlemenko says that before meeting a compatriot Magomed Ismailov will have another fight at the end of October.
Friday in Omsk, Shlemenko equalized (29:28, 28:28, 28:29) the fight with the Brazilian Kleber Souza. For both fighters, this is the first draw of their careers. The fight between Shlemenko and Ismailov is scheduled for December in Yekaterinburg during the RCC tournament.
“Before the meeting with Magomed Ismailov, I will have one more fight, which will take place at the end of October,” Shlemenko said after the fight with Souza.
The opponent and promotion have yet to be announced.
Due to Shlemenko, 38 years old, 61 wins and 14 losses. Ismailov on October 7 in Moscow will hold a boxing match with Serbian Alexander Ilic, who beat Shlemenko in August.
