She should not be embarrassed by the Russian Federation’s Sports Ministry’s temporary ban on training camps and competitions abroad from September 22.
– A decision has been made. The Russian national team is admitted to the world championship for all ages. There will be three world championships in one at a time: the world championship for cadets, youth and juniors. We comply with all the requirements that exist today under the laws of our country. There is a presidential decree on mobilization. We all correspond in this sense, so our national team is admitted, and today we are preparing to leave and play with dignity.
We have a direct flight from Moscow to Yerevan so we don’t see any problem here. We worked on this issue six months ago. In permanent contact with the National Sambo Federation of Armenia. They are waiting for us there. I hope it will be held at a good level of organization. We have already deployed troops there. We have our representatives there, they are already working, they are preparing a site for us,” Eliseev told .
The Youth Sambo World Championship will take place from October 14 to 16 in Armenia.
