Another contender for the fight with the British in December
Former World Heavyweight Champion Andy Ruiz (35-2, 22 KOs) is ready to negotiate a fight with the WBC title holder Tyson Fury (32-0-1, 23 KOs). Ruiz commented on the words of Tyson’s father – John Furywho named Andy among the potential opponents to fight his son on December 3.
“Come on, that would be an incredible fight for boxing,” Ruiz wrote.
Recall that in addition to Ruiz, John Fury named two more contenders for the fight against Tyson Fury – Filip Hrgovic and Luis Ortiz.
Recall that Fury turned to Joshua with a proposal to complete negotiations on a joint fight in the near future. The boxer stated that his promoter Frank Warren convinced him to continue preparing for the fight.
In turn, German heavyweight Manuel Charr demands that Fury sign a contract for a joint fight. The German states that everything is ready on his side, and only Fury’s side is playing for time.
Fury, after defeating Dillian Whyte in April, announced his retirement twice, but the boxer never vacated the WBC championship belt. On social networks, Tyson has repeatedly discussed a possible fight with the Ukrainian champion Oleksandr Usyk.
