American UFC fighter Michael Chandler believes that Charles Oliveira will win russian Islam Makhachev .
Oliveira and Makhachev will contest the vacant UFC lightweight title on October 22 at UFC 280 in Abu Dhabi. Oliveira was stripped of his UFC championship belt after failing to pass the weigh-in ahead of his May 7 bout with Justin Gaethje.
