The fight will take place on the night of October 15-16
Former world champion Deontay Wilder and Finnish heavyweight Robert Helenius went through the weigh-in procedure before their fight.
Helenius was heavier by almost 18 kilograms. Robert weighed 114.9 kg (253.25 lb) while Deontay came in at 97.3 kg (214.5 lb).
Wilder’s fight with Helenius will take place in Brooklyn on the night of October 15-16. Oleksandr Usyk plans to attend this fight. The Ukrainian has previously said that Wilder could be his next opponent.
The American, in turn, called Alexander a “man of his word”, and is counting on a title fight if he wins over Helenius.
