Fury vs Chisora on December 3rd

“I will not try to rewrite history and tell you that this is the fight we always wanted. No, it’s not. We looked into an obvious fight against Oleksandr Usyk, but he said he won’t be ready until early next year.”
“Then Tyson made a very generous offer to Anthony Joshua and we all know what came of it, so I won’t go into details.”
“With those two out of the equation, look at the BoxRec rating and you’ll see that Derek is the best option available.”
“We could wait but Tyson wants to fight and I guaranteed him that we would get him a fight in December. This is good news for the fans because he wants to be a champion and have this fight before he has three fights next year.”
Fury and Chisora will have their third face-to-face fight in London at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Before that, the Gypsy King defeated Derek twice – in 2011 and 2014.
Promoter Frank Warren said the Ukrainian would be Fury’s next opponent after the Brit’s fight with Chisora. Tyson himself said that in 2023 he will have three fights, one of them with Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk.
Usyk challenged Fury to a face-to-face fight after defeating Anthony Joshua. Soon, the Ukrainian said that it was impossible to fight Tyson this year. Usyk’s manager, Egis Klimas, said that there is an opportunity to fight Fury in February 2023.
