The former world heavyweight champion spoke about his life after losing to Oleksandr Usyk.
Anthony Joshua will not be returning to the ring anytime soon. This is what the former world heavyweight champion said.
According to the former world heavyweight champion, his life changed a lot after losing to Oleksandr Usyk. After all, he is no longer world champion.
“My life was difficult, boxing was a bit difficult for me. I’m not a champion and it’s just too much pain.
Now in the gym I change my training and approach to change what I do outside the ring as well as inside it. I have a lot of things going on outside of it and these moments complicate my life in the ring.
I think I need to simplify a lot of things outside the ring so I can focus on boxing. Once I do this, I’m ready to fight next year.
When will I be back in the ring? I don’t want to make statements. When I’m ready, I’ll get back in the ring,” Joshua told iFL TV.
Remember, earlier it was reported that Joshua’s team has already found the next opponent that will bring Anthony back to the ring.
